The central government has been pushing for privatisation in the last 5-6 years and this has accelerated during the Corona period, they said.

The country’s wealth is being sold, government businesses are being sold at a rapid pace, banks with crores of rupees in deposits of the general public are being attacked, they further said, adding that unemployment is at its peak in the last 45 years with the means of income being taken away and common masses being deprived of education, health, employment amongst other fundamental rights.
As this is having the biggest impact on the working class in rural areas and workers in the unorganised sector, all the central trade unions have decided to stage agitation across the country on Wednesday.

Com Ram Baheti, Mangal Dhattinge, Usha Shelke, Aarti Nalawade among 72 office bearers will be seen taking part in the demonstration.
