New Delhi, Oct 2 : Congress interim president Sonia Gandhi on Saturday approved the proposal of appointment of NSUI presidents for Chhattisgarh and Madhya Pradesh.
In a press release, Party General Secretary KC Venugopal said, “Hon’ble Congress President has approved the proposal of the appointment of President of NSUI Chhattisgarh and Madhya Pradesh State Units, as follows, with immediate effect,”.
“Neeraj Pandey has been appointed for Chhattisgarh whereas Manjul Tripathi for Madhya Pradesh,” it said. The party also praised the work done by the outgoing president of both the states.
“Appreciates the work done by Akash Sharma, outgoing state president, NSUI Chhattisgarh and Vipin Wankhede outgoing state state president NSUI Madhya Pradesh,” the release said.
