No grenade attack in Pulwama: Police

Srinagar, Oct 25 : J&K Police on Monday evening said there was no grenade attack in south Kashmir’s Pulwama district. “There was no grenade attack in Pulwama,” a police statement said.

“Some news groups have been running some fake news about a grenade attack in Pulwama which is absolutely baseless. Nothing of that sort happened anywhere in Pulwama district,” it added.

Union Home Minister Amit Shah who has extended his stay in Kashmir is scheduled to visit CRPF base at Lethpora in Pulwama district where he is likely to stay with jawans tonight.
