Kolkata, Dec 12 (UNI) West Bengal Governor Jagdeep Dhankhar on Saturday said Prof Bikashchandra Singha Mahapatra has been appointed as the Vice-Chancellor of Bidhan Chandra Krishi Viswavidyalaya for a period of four years.
Taking to his twitter handle, Mr Dhankhar said, “In exercise of power conferred under section 20 of the Bidhan Chandra Krishi Viswavidyalaya Act, have appointed Prof. Bikashchandra Singha Mahapatra, Senior Professor as Vice Chancellor of Bidhan Chandra Krishi Viswavidyalaya for a period of four years
