Mumbai, Sept 10 (UNI) The Rupee on Thursday rallied further by eight paise to end strong at 73.45 against the US Dollar on selling of US Dollar by bankers and exporters, dealers at the Forex Market said.
The local unit that rose by 13 paise to 73.40 in early trade, till the end of the session, slightly declined from the opening level but finished at positive only at 73.45, up by eight paise as compared to its previous close.
The Rupee edged up because of weak Dollar against other world currencies, amid positive equity market,
dealers added.
The rupee registered the intra days high and low at 73.48 and 73.35 respectively, he added.
