Mumbai, Aug 31 (UNI) The Rupee on Monday advanced by 12 paise at 73.26 against the US Dollar in opening trade on selling of US Dollar by bankers and exporters, dealers at the Forex Market said.
The local unit moved up owing to weak Dollar against other world currencies amid strong opening in equity market, dealer informed.
The rupee registered intra days high and low at 73.32 and 73.23 respectively, he added.
