New Delhi, Oct 8 (UNI) Bollywood celebrities on Thursday expressed their support for the public campaign against COVID-19 launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Among those who lend support to the campaign were superstar Salman Khan, actress Kangana Ranaut, actors Rana Daggubati and Rakul Preet Singh.
Hailing the campaign, Salman, taking to micro-blogging site Twitter, said, “Bhaiyo, beheno aur mitron, in difficult times mein, only do three things: 6ft ka distance, mask peheno & wash & sanitise your hands. Let’s implement PM Modi’s – Jan andolan against COVID. Come on buck up India! Jai hind!!”
Expressing support for the campaign, actress Kangana Ranaut expressed her gratitude towards PM Modi for launching this initiative.
“The worldwide crisis of Corona may have many setbacks but it has the possibility of bringing us together like never before, let’s pledge to Unite2FightCorona @narendramodi @PrakashJavdekar thanks for this initiative Unite2FightCorona,” Kangana said in a tweet.
Actors Rana Daggubati and Rakul Preet Singh also expressed support to the campaign.
Taking to Instagram space, Rana Daggubati shared a video where he was seen saying that he would follow all the pandemic norms including wearing masks and washing hands to fight against COVID 19. Sharing the video.
“Requesting everyone to continue the fight against corona just as I am! Let’s join our Hon’ble PM @narendramodi in his JanAndolan and Unite2FightCorona: Wear Mask, Wash Hands, Maintain Social Distancing”.
Expressing support to the campaign, actress Rakul Preet said, ‘three weapons to stay safe – wear a mask, wash your hands, and maintain social distancing. Let’s join the PM’s call for the fight against Covid, and keep ourselves and our families safe. Unite2FightCorona.’
