New Delhi, Apr 22 (UNI) The National Capital on Thursday recorded the biggest single-day spike of 306 COVID-related fatalities during the past 24 hours, while a massive 26,169 fresh cases were reported in the same period. The new additions took the City's caseload to 9,56,348 and the death toll to 13,193.

Min temp rises to 10.2 degrees in Delhi

New Delhi, Feb 12 (UNI) The National Capital on Friday recorded a minimum temperature of 10.2 degrees Celsius, one notch above the normal. According to Indian Meteorological Department, the maximum temperature was recorded at 26.1 degrees, resulting in respite from cold to the Delhiites.

New Delhi, Dec 21 (UNI) Farmers' organisations protesting against the Centre's three new farm laws started a day-long 'relay' hunger strike on Monday near the borders of the National Capital to pressurise the Centre to take back the laws which are seen by them as 'anti-farmer'. A total of 11 representatives of farmer organisations are participating in the fast. As per the organisations, everyday different farmer leaders will take part in the fast. Monday was the 26th day of the farmers' protest at Delhi's periphery.
