NOIDA, India | August 4, 2025 – A remarkable convocation event unfolded at Hotel Fortune, Noida, as ICSD and Lernow Skills Council came together to confer Honorary Doctorates upon two distinguished professionals – Dr. Aswinkumar Ramadas and Dr. Sujit Varghese – in recognition of their decades of leadership, innovation, and impact in their respective fields.

Dr. Aswinkumar Ramadas, a seasoned civil engineer and management professional, currently serves at the Ministry of Housing & Urban Planning, Bahrain. With over 30 years of cross-border experience in infrastructure and research in geotechnical engineering, his contributions have left a lasting footprint on the industry.
Dr. Sujit Varghese, with over 22 years in the IT sector including global experience across the US, Mexico, Japan, and the Middle East, is currently the APAC Delivery Head in the Artificial Intelligence vertical at Cognizant. His expertise in project management and enterprise solutions continues to shape technological innovation at scale.
