Petrol, Diesel prices remain unchanged for 5th day in a row

New Delhi, Apr 4 (UNI) Despite crude oil prices rising in the international market, petrol and diesel prices remained constant in the domestic market for the fifth consecutive day on Sunday.

Prior to this petrol became cheaper by 22 paise to reach Rs 98.56 per litre on Tuesday, diesel too became cheaper by 23 paise the same day to reach Rs 80.87 per litre.

Oil marketing company Indian Oil Corporation (IOC)informed that there were no changes in petrol and diesel prices today.

The weekend saw a rise in crude oil prices in the international market with London Brent crude going past USD 64 per barrel.
