Mumbai, Aug 13 : Rupee on Friday declined by three paise at 74.28 against US Dollar in the opening session on rising demand for US Dollar by bankers and importers, dealers at the Forex Market said.
The local unit eased owing to the firm dollar against other world currencies amid a strong opening in the stock market.
The Rupee registered days high and low at 74. 31 and 74.26 respectively.
