Delhi: 4,052 new nCoV recoveries, recovery rate 88.13 pc

New Delhi, Sep 28 (UNI) The National Capital recorded 4,052 cured/discharged cases of Novel Coronavirus during the past 24 hours, taking the overall recoveries in Delhi to 2,40,703 , the State Health bulletin said here on Monday.
City’s recovery rate now stands at 88.13 per cent.
The number of new cases in the same period were 1,984, the bulletin added.
Total case tally of the city has now reached 2,73,098 after the new additions, while the active case load of the city at present stood at 27,123.
Containment zones across the city have now increased to 2,465 on Monday, while the number of patients presently under home isolation have slightly reduced further , standing at 16,679.
After 37 more people lost their life to the highly contagious virus in the past 24 hours, the city’s death toll has increased to 5,272, while the death rate, based on the data of last 10 days, stands at 1.07 per cent, as per the Delhi government.
Till date, a total of 29,61,056 cumulative tests have been conducted in the city.
