Marathwada records spike of 1,805 nCoV cases

Aurangabad, Sep 5 (UNI) As many as 1,805 fresh cases of COVID-19 surfaced in Marathwada region of Maharashtra in the past 24 hrs. According to the health authorities, 39 patients have died fighting the disease since Friday.

Among all the districts, Latur was the worst affected with nine deaths and 414 fresh cases, followed by Osmanabad with 7 deaths and 128 cases, Aurangabad reported 6 deaths and 409 cases, Nanded 362 cases and 6 deaths, Parbhani 124 cases and six deaths, Beed 5 deaths 126 cases, Jalna 164 cases and Hingoli 27 cases, data added.
