Amit Shah discharged from AIIMS

New Delhi, Aug 31 (UNI) Union Home Minister Amit Shah has been discharged from AIIMS, the sources said on Monday.

Shah was earlier admitted to the country’s premier health institution for post COVID care on August 2. He was discharged from Medanta Hospital in Gurugram on August 14 after testing negative for Covid-19.

Although tested negative, he has been complaining of fatigue and body aches for last 3-4 days, a source from the hospital said. He was then admitted to AIIMS for post-COVID care and continued to work from the hospital.

All India Institue of Medical Sciences on Saturday said that Mr Shah has recovered and is likely to be discharged shortly.
