Cold morning in Delhi, minimum temperature recorded at 4 deg C

New Delhi, Dec 21 : People of the national capital on Tuesday woke up to a another cold morning, a day after it recorded season’s lowest minimum temperature.

According to the India Meteorological Department (IMD), the minimum temperature was recorded at four degree Celsius, four notches below normal. The weather department said the maximum temperature is likely to settle at 21 degree Celsius.

Meanwhile, the air quality in Delhi continued to remain in the ‘very poor’ category, the IMD data showed. As per the weather department, the overall air quality index (AQI) clocked at 369.

The IMD in its forecast said the air quality is likely to remain in the ‘very poor’ category for the next two days.
