The Annual flagship event of IIM Kashipur Agnitraya 9.0 has come to an exuberating end
after a beautiful display of talent, excitement, joy, competition, and camaraderie of 72 hours on January 29th, 2023. After a gap of two years owning to the Covid-19 pandemic, the fest was organized by the students of IIM Kashipur on the college campus, featuring numerous cultural and sports events, with the theme, ‘Vibe Revived.’
Day 1 of Agnitraya 9.0 began with a series of sporting competitions between various
colleges amid colourful décor and a cheery atmosphere. Prof. Vaibhav Bhamoriya, CAO Dr.
M. Ramasubramanian, Prof. Ashish Kumar, and Student Council President Bhawna Malhotra
gave opening remarks during the bright and jovial evening. Then came stunning
performances ornamented with Indian classical music melodies. The Odissi performance by
Arushi Mudgal was breathtaking. Musical competitions between gifted students from several
colleges followed it. Famous stand-up comedian Sundeep Sharma put on a hilarious
performance to round off the evening.
The festival’s second day continued in the vein of Agnitraya 9.0’s theme, “Vibe Revived,” and it was equally upbeat as the first day. As they competed in the athletic and managerial events, all of the teams showed a lot of energy. Various competitions for singing, dancing, role- playing, quiz, case competition, FIFA competition and the battle of bands were organized by other committees, clubs, and cells at IIM Kashipur. The announcement of the winners kicked off the evening, which was followed by star night. IIM Kashipur ended the evening by dancing to Olly Esse’s music at the DJ night.
Finally, the final day reached its peak on yet another bright day. The third day was crammed
with sporting event championships. Some eyes were drawn to the participants in “Panache-
the fashion display.” The fest was wrapped up with everyone dressed up for the evening’s
festivities to attend King’s concert, which was adored by all.
Our Annual Fest Agnitraya 9.0 was a success thanks to the support of all the student bodies, the student council, the connected stakeholders, and all the attendees and sponsors.
