Srinagar, Jun 14 : A labourer was killed and two others were injured when a trench collapsed in south Kashmir district of Anantnag on Monday.
Official sources said three labourers were injured when the wall of a trench they were digging collapsed at Durpora Khiram in Bijbehara on Monday. “The injured were immediately taken to Public Health Centre (PHC) Srigufwara where one of them succumbed,” they said.
They said the other two injured were referred to Government Medical College (GMC), Anantnag, in a critical condition. “After completing all the legal and medical formalities, the body of the deceased, identified as Subzar Ahmad Lone, was handed over to his relatives for last rites,”
