Shimla/Keylong, April 25 : The movement of light vehicles started on Monday on the strategic Manali-Leh national highway after it remained shut due to heavy snowfall, the authorities said. The Deputy Commissioner of Lahaul-Spiti, Neeraj Kumar, said the road will remain open for small vehicles from Baralacha Pass till 1 pm every afternoon. For the time being there will be a ban on the movement of trucks and two-wheelers. The administration has appealed to the drivers to park their vehicles only at designated places. Due to early snowfall last winter, vehicular traffic was off on the highway beyond Keylong and Darcha.
