Director Abhishek Jain’s web series ‘Missing’ will be released in August on a streaming platform ‘OHO Gujarati’. Based on social issues and kidnapping events, the series will star Actor Yash Soni and Deeksha Joshi. According to the sources, the shooting of the series is going on in full-swing. Soni will give a new experience to Gujarati cinema lovers with his different character in the web series. The sources said that filmmaker Jain, who changed the face of Gujarati cinema, is once again ready for a big bang and experiment. In May, the official teaser of ‘Missing’ was released. Talking about it, Jain said, “The story of ‘Missing’ was so interesting that everyone who heard it was taken aback.
‘Missing’ is not based on a single real story, but it was inspired from some real-life incidents. Till now, We have made entertaining, heart-touching and related stories, which have been well received by the audience. But, this time we are going to tell such a story through Missing, which is a part of our society, which we cannot ignore. Of course, missing will bring up an unpleasant reality.” The premium Gujarati content streaming platform ‘OHO Gujarati’ has recently celebrated its first anniversary.
