Mission Rozgar gains further momentum in UP

Lucknow, Jan 18 (UNI) Carrying forward the vision of ‘Mission Employment’, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will distribute online appointment letters to 436 candidates for the post of Assistant Teachers/Associates and lecturers in the Arts Department of the Secondary Schools on January 1.
The CM Yogi Adityanath will also interact with the newly appointed staff. Candidates will be issued online appointment letters / posting orders containing photographs through the website developed in technical collaboration with NIC.

According to Vinay Kumar Pandey, Director of Secondary Education here on Monday, 114 female and 24 male candidates have been selected for the post of Assistant Teacher of Arts in government schools. Apart from this, 298 candidates, 189 women and 109 men, have been chosen as lecturers. Online appointment letters will be distributed to the candidates by the CM at latter’s residence. On this occasion, CM Yogi will also communicate with newly appointed teachers by means of video conferencing through NIC.
Director Secondary Education, Vinay Pandey informed that for the first time, on the instructions of the Chief Minister, newly appointed teachers are being given the facility to select the options of schools in the order of online preference as per their wish. Online appointment letters will be issued to selected teachers based on their choice of order of preference. In the recruitment process, the first preference is being given to the selected candidates in the Handicapped category from Public Service Commission, from which they will get appointment in the highest priority schools.
Similarly, married women candidates whose children are autistic or are 40 percent disabled and whose spouse is posted in Indian Army / Air Force / Navy or Central Paramilitary Forces, or widowed women / widower who have not remarried, and are single parents and whose spouses are employed in state or aided schools, council schools, state / central universities and state / semi-government services falling under basic, secondary and higher education will also be given preference in posting.
Earlier, CM Yogi had distributed online appointment letters on December 5, 2020 to 36,950 assistant teachers of basic teachers. Appointment letters were distributed to these teachers through an online ceremony under the Chief Minister’s ‘Mission Rojgar’. CM Yogi Adityanath had also interacted and communicated with the teachers while distributing appointment letters.
Also, on August 16 last, 31,227 assistant teachers were distributed appointment letters.
