Bhopal, Aug 5 : Personnel of the Army, Air Force, Border Security Force, National and State Disaster Response forces, Madhya Pradesh Police and other rescue teams are ceaselessly toiling in flood-affected areas for conveying citizens to safety; Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said on Thursday.
“I apprised Vice President M Venkaiah Naidu over phone regarding the rescue operation, arrangements at relief camps and other basic facilities in Sheopur, Shivpuri, Datia, Bhind and Morena districts. I express my gratitude to the Vice President for his concern,” Mr Chouhan conveyed via social media.
The Chief Minister also had a conversation this morning with Premier Narendra Modi.
