Nashik’s COVID recovery rate at 95.06 pc

Nashik, Dec 17 (UNI) The COVID-19 recovery rate of this district has improved to 95.06 per cent while there are 3,356 active cases under medical supervision, District General Hospital stated on Thursday.
It further said that the highest 95.48 per cent recovery rate is in the city areas followed by Nashik Rural (94.42), district non-native category (94.27) and Malegaon (93.33).
With a total pandemic tally of 1,06,160, the highest 2,206 patients are from the limits of the Nashik Municipal Corporation followed by Nashik Rural (226), Sinnar (186), Baglan (154), Niphad (141) and Malegaon civic limits (135).
The remaining cases, in two digits, are from the places Chandwad, Dindori, Deola, Nandgaon, Kalvan, Trimbakeshwar, Igatpuri, Malegaon Rural and district non-native category.
The taluka of Yeola has eight patients while Surgana has one and Peth has no case.
Of the total caseload, 1,00,918 people have been cured while 1,886 others have died of the contagion till now.
