Kakinada, One person was killed and fifteen others injured when an RTC bus on its way from Sileru to Vijayawada collided head on with a cement loaded lorry near Toolukonda on the outskirts of Chintoor in East Godavari agency area 100 kms from here on Thursday, police said.
While the lorry driver was killed on the spot, the bus driver along with other 14 passengers suffered injuries.
The injured were rushed to an area hospital at Chintur where their condition is stated to be out of danger .
Chintur police have registered a case and further investigation is on, police added.
