Seamless Dharmic and Spiritual campaign with peoples’ partnership : says TTD EO

Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam (TTD) Executive Officer Dr KS Jawahar Reddy on Sunday said TTD will take up comprehensive spiritual and Dharmic programs for the welfare of humanity after the end of pandemic COVID in the country.
Addressing after hoisting the national flag at the Independence Day celebrations held at TTDs parade grounds here, Dr Jawahar said for promotion of cow-based organic agricultural practices, MoUs held earlier for embryo transfer and animal feed production in collaboration with SV Veterinary University and production of 15 Panchgavya products in collaboration with Ashirwad pharmacy of Coimbatore.
Agarbatti sale will start from September and Promotion of sacred flower gardens with Sri City collaboration, he said.
Highlighting all the activities of TTD during the covid year, he appealed to devotees to observe all COVID guidelines issued by centre and state governments in the wake of the third-wave COVID virus.
In his speech while focusing book on Anjanadri as the birthplace of Anjaneya, Anjaneya statue and a theme park at Akashaganga, Srivari naivedyam with cow-based organic products and Nava Neeta seva from August 30, he appealed for donation of desi ghee for unique seva.
He said plastic ban has been intensified in Tirumala and free purified water made available Jala Prasadam everywhere.
The TTD EO also highlighted the green energy program of generating 5 MW solar power on 25 acres near Dharmagiri, 35 Electric cars from EESL, Modernization of TTD Administrative building, filling up of 119 compensatory jobs, Appreciation for GST filing in 11 states, 85 Ayurveda products, new children’s hospital at BIRRD complex, Cerebral palsy treatment at BIRRD.
He also spoke about the gold lacing of Govindaraja Swamy temple vimanam, building 500 more Sri Venkateswara temples in Telugu states, Srivari temple at Jammu, bringing all Dharmic projects under one umbrella, and Dharmic programs during COVID season.
The TTD EO also spoke on rejuvenation of annamacharya sankeertanas and propagation by SVBC, the printing of puranic volumes Telugu translations, publication of all keertans of Purandara Dasa, telecast of Vedam Jeevana nadam program on SVBC
He also said for 2022-year, 15 lakhs of 12-page TTD calendars, 8 lakh deluxe diaries, 2 lakh small diaries shall be marketed.
Finally, the TTD EO also underscored the devotee friendly devotional and Dharmic programs conducted by TTD and telecast by SVBC during all holy months and COVID seasons.
Earlier, as part of Independence Day celebrations, the TTD vigilance wing put up a spectacular display of parade, Dog show cum horse show by NCC cadets and cultural programs at the parade grounds.
TTD EO presented certificates to 274 employees including 22 officials of several departments for their meritorious performance during the year.
He also separately felicitated six others from medical wing and 14 from the canteen wing for their stellar service during COVID season at hospitals and quarantines.
