Teachers Festival 2021 : 630 teachers showed art skills in the district

Hoshiarpur, Aug 28 : Teacher Festival-2021 was celebrated with full vigor in the district by the State Council for Educational Research and Training, Department of School Education, Punjab with the objective of creating new technology and unique teaching experience in teachers.
Mr. Gursharan Singh, District Education Officer (Sec.), Hoshiarpur, said that it was very important for teachers to keep pace with the times for educational expansion in schools through unique initiatives and techniques.
He said that a three-day teacher festival was organized in 21 educational blocks of the district in which 630 teachers of 10 different subjects participated. Teachers shared their presentations at Teachers Festival Garhshankar, Talwara and Khuaspur Hira (Hoshiarpur).
Mr. Rakesh Kumar, Deputy District Education Officer (Sec.), said that the winning teachers would participate in the state level competition.
Shailendra Thakur, in-charge of District Education Reform Team, said that teachers of all subjects participated well in this program and presented very interesting and unique ideas and experiences.
In the competition, Principal Ashwini Dutta, Principal Charan Singh, Principal Harkamal Singh, Principal Kripal Singh, Principal Seema Rani, Principal Gurdas Talwar, Principal Ramandeep Kaur, Samarjit Singh, District Media Coordinator, all the Block Mentors, teachers and staff members of participating schools were present at their respective place.
