Training on livestock diseases diagnostics conducted at SKUAST-Jammu

State Agricultural Management and Extension Training Institute of Jammu (SAMETI-J) in collaboration with Division of Veterinary Physiology & Biochemistry, Faculty of Veterinary Sciences and Animal Husbandry, SKUAST-Jammu, organized a two days training programme from 28th-29th September, 2022 on Field deployable investigative techniques for livestock health management for Veterinary officers from Sheep Husbandry department, Jammu and Kashmir. The training was attended by 10 participants from Sheep Husbandry departments, Jammu and Kashmir. Dr Pratiksha Raghuwanshi, Associate Professor, Division of Vety. Physiology & Biochemistry, F.V.Sc & A. H., SKUAST-J was the training coordinator. Expert lectures on various diagnostic techniques were delivered to the participants by Dr Jonali Devi, Prof and Head Division of Vety. Physiology & Biochemistry, Dr Anish Yadav, Prof, Division of Vety. Parasitology, Dr Biswajit Brahma, Prof. Division of Livestock Production and Management, Dr Ankur Rastogi, Professor, Division of Animal Nutrition, Dr Neelesh Sharma, Prof., Division of Vety. Medicine, Dr Pratiksha Raghuwanshi, Associate Professor, Division of VPB, Dr Aditi Lal Koul, Associate Professor, Division of VPB and Dr Kawardeep Kour, Assistant Professor, Division of VPB, F. V. Sc. & A. H., SKUAST-Jammu.
