The Hon’ble Lieutenant Governor of Ladakh, Shri Kavinder Gupta, met several noted individuals in the national capital on Sunday, who called on him to extend greetings and best wishes on his assuming charge as the Lieutenant Governor of the Union Territory.
Among those who met Shri Gupta were former Director General of Police, Jammu & Kashmir, Shri Dilbag Singh; Director of Delhi Public Schools, Shri S.S. Sodhi; Secretary of the Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee, S. Jasmeen Noni; along with several eminent members of the business community.
In these cordial interactions, the visiting delegates expressed their confidence that Ladakh would witness accelerated and inclusive development under his leadership.
The Lieutenant Governor thanked them for their warm wishes and reaffirmed his commitment to ensuring people-centric governance, strengthening infrastructure, and promoting peace and progress in Ladakh. He further emphasized that the administration is working on a clear roadmap for sustainable development while safeguarding the Union Territory’s rich heritage and unique culture.
