- An earthquake of magnitude 6.3 on the Richter scale hit Afghanistan at 10:31 pm IST today, as per the National Center for Seismology. “Lat: 38.00 & Long: 73.58, Depth: 74 Km, Location: 285km ENE of Fayzabad,” tweeted National Center for Seismology.
- At least eight people were killed and several others injured after a tourist bus from Hyderabad fell into a valley on Araku ghat road in Andhra Pradesh’s Visakhapatnam district .
