Governor flags off MTB Himalaya Shimla cycling rally

Shimla, Oct 9 : HP Governor Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar flagged off 9th Hero MTB Shimla, cycling rally organized by Himalayan Adventure Sports and Tourism Promotion Association (HASTPA) and Hero Cycles from historic Ridge Maidan, Shimla today. On the occasion, the Governor said that such a cycle rally could be proven effective to control the increasing pollution.
