Panaji, June 11 : Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman dedicated to the nation “Dharohar”, the National Museum of Customs and GST, here on Saturday. The dedication was part of the Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav Iconic week of the Ministry of Finance being celebrated from June 6-12.

On this occasion, under the able guidance of Hon'ble Vice-Chancellor, Prof. J.P. Sharma. Dean, F.V.Sc and A.H, Professor M.S. Bhadwal enlightened the students about the significance of flag day celebration. He also motivated faculty and students to make maximum donation towards fund raising for our war hero's and their families.

Today Thursday a one day consultation programme of Chief Judicial Magistrates-cum-Secretaries, District Legal Service Authorities was organized by Haryana State Legal Services Authority in the Administrative Building of HALSA, Panchkula in pursuance of ongoing campaign “Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav” launched by National Legal Services Authority, New Delhi from 2nd October to 14th November, 2021. The inaugural session of consultation programme was presided over by Hon’ble Mr. Justice Rajan Gupta, Judge, Punjab & Haryana High Court and Executive Chairman, Haryana State Legal Services Authority.

Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Jammu successfully organized a Training programme, Kissan Ghosthi and an Exhibition Programme in “National Level Campaign on Food and Nutrition for Farmers” at the conference hall in which more than 100 farmers participated. Prof. S. K. Gupta, Director Extension, SKUAST-Jammu was Chief Guest at this occasion. Speaking on this occasion he apprised the farmers that today’s programme is celebrated as a part of nationwide campaignunder the ‘Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsava’.
