Mumbai, July 1 : The Rupee on Friday slipped eight paise to close at 79.04 against the USD on rising demand for US Dollar from bankers and importers, dealers at the Foreign Exchange said. Mumbai, Aug 13 : Rupee on Friday declined by three paise at 74.28 against US Dollar in the opening session on rising demand for US Dollar by bankers and importers, dealers at the Forex Market said.

Mumbai, May 21 (UNI) The Rupee on Friday posted a solid gain of 27 paise to close firm at 72.83 against the USD on brisk selling of US Dollar by bankers and importers, dealers at the Forex Market said. The domestic unit that advanced by 12 paise to 72.98 in opening trade, gained further and finished at 72.83, surging by 27 pause as compared to its previous close. The local unit registered days high and low at 73.01 and 72.80 respectively. The Rupee shot up today owing to weak dollar against other world currencies amid rebounding equity market, dealers added.

Mumbai, May 6 (UNI) The Rupee on Thursday eased by two paise at 73.93 in opening trade on rising demand for US Dollar by bankers and importers, dealers at the Forex Market said. The local unit was seen as weak owing to the strong dollar against other world currencies amid a positive opening in the stock market. The Rupee registered days high and low at 73.96 and 73.90 respectively.
