Yogi to file his nomination from Gorakhpur Sadar on Feb 4

Gorakhpur, Jan 30 : Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will file his nomination for the Gorakhpur Sadar assembly seat on February 4. This will be the first time Yogi Aditysnath will contest assembly polls. A five time MP from Gorakhpur, CM is presently an MLC. According to information received from sources, Yogi Adityanath will reach Gorakhpur on a four-day visit on February 2. For four days, CM will discuss and brainstorm with workers on election strategy, public relations with voters, virtual campaign meetings, and election strategy. During this he will also participate in various conferences.

Lucknow, Jan 8 : Welcoming the announcement of election schedule for the assembly elections by the Election Commission of India, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that declaration of the dates of the state assembly polls is welcomed in the 'Mahaparv' (mega festival) of the democracy.

Lucknow, Nov 3 : Wishing the people of Uttar Pradesh on the occasion of Diwali, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Wednesday appealed to public representatives, government employees and even police to adopt one house each and celebrate the festival of lights with them. In a statement here on Wednesday, Adityanath said: "We have 16.5 lakh government employees and 4 lakh police force in the state. This is an appeal to all of them to adopt a family on this occasion and celebrate their Diwali with them".
