Jammu, Sep 20 : Stressing that the government is committed to providing basic facilities to the citizens, Jammu and Kashmir Chief Secretary, Dr Arun Kumar Mehta on Monday said that efforts are afoot to extend tap water facility to every household by August 15, 2022.
“Efforts are afoot to extend facility of tap water to every household by August 15, 2022,” Dr Mehta said while speaking at a one day workshop on implementation of Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM) at the convention centre here organized by the Jal Shakti Department.
