NIA files charge sheet against 6 in case relating to hoisting...
New Delhi, Feb 11 (UNI) The National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Thursday filed charge sheet in a case against six accused in a case related to the hoisting of Khalistani flag at Deputy Commissioner Office Complex at Moga in Punjab by Cadres of Sikhs For Justice (SFJ)).
The charge sheet was filed before Mohali NIA Special Judge under Sections 120B read with 109, 124A, 153B, 201, 204, 212 IPC and substantial offences thereof, Sections 10, 13 of UAPA and Section 2 of the Prevention of Insult to National Honour Act, 1971.
The accused were identified as Inderjit Singh, Jaspal Singh 'Ampa', Akashdeep Singh 'Munna', Jagwinder Singh 'Jagga', Gurpatwant Singh Pannun and Harpreet Singh or 'Rana' or 'Ranjit Singh'.
