Lucknow, Oct 5 : Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday said around 30 million poor families across the country have become ' lakhpati' by getting houses under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana. He also said more than 80 per cent of the houses under the Yojana are owned by women or are joint owners.
