Air India proposes to acquire entire 100 pc stake in Air...
New Delhi, Apr 27 : Tata group-owned Air India has proposed to acquire entire 100% equity stake of Air Asia India. At present, Tata Sons holds 83.67% stake in Air Asia India. The remaining 16.33% stake is held by AirAsia Investment Ltd (AAIL), group firm of Malaysia's Air Asia. While Tata Sons through its wholly-owned subsidiary Talace Pvt Ltd acquired the government-owned Air India along with its low-cost arm Air India Express in January this year, it has been running Air Asia India in joint venture with Malaysia's Air Asia
Malaysia reports 6,144 new COVID-19 cases, 48 new deaths
Kuala Lumpur, Nov 26 (UNI/Xinhua) Malaysia on Friday recorded 6,144 new cases of Covid-19, bringing the total tally to 2,608,979, the health ministry on Friday. Of the new cases, 12 are imported, and 6,132 are locally transmitted, showed data released on the ministry's website.
WABAG secures order worth USD 11.45 in Malaysia
Mumbai, Sep 6 : VA TECH WABAG (WABAG), a leading pure-play water technology Indian Multinational Group,secured an order worth 11.45 Million USD from Dialog E&C Sdn Bhd, Malaysia towards establishing a new Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) for Pengerang Integrated Complex in Johor, Malaysia. It will be constructed for PRPC Utilities and Facilities Sdn Bhd (PRPC UF), a subsidiary of PETRONAS Refinery & Petrochemical Corporation (PRPC).
