Mah: Malik flays BJP, accuses it of trying to extort money
Mumbai, Oct 29 :Nationalist Congress Party (NCB) spokesperson Nawab Malik on Friday slammed the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) for maligning the image of Bollywood film industry and Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) government by using NCB Zonal Director Sameer Wankhede.
Addressing media persons here on Friday Mr Malik said that Mr Sameer Wankhede was working as Popat ‘puppet’ of the BJP.
Former Congress leader PC Chacko joins NCP
New Delhi, Mar 16 (UNI) Senior Congress leader PC Chacko who had quit the Congress party last week, on Tuesday joined the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) led by Sharad Pawar.
"I am back in the LDF as a part of NCP which is a part of the Left Democratic Front in Kerala. I am formally joining the NCP today," Mr Chacko said while speaking to the reporters.
