Chandigarh, May 6 : Former Punjab Congress President Navjot Singh Sidhu launched an attack on AAP national convenor and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann and said that the 'political vendetta' to settle personal scores through the Punjab police is a cardinal sin. In a tweet, Sidhu said, "Tajinder Bagga could be from a different party, one could have ideological differences. But political vendetta, of @ArvindKejriwal & @BhagwantMann, to settle personal scores through Punjab Police is a cardinal sin.... Stop tarnishing the image of Punjab Police by politicising it ...."

Chandigarh, Sep 29 : Navjot Singh Sidhu, who tendered his resignation as Punjab Congress chief, on Wednesday said his fight is one for people and he will fight the "battle of truth" till his last breath. In a video message which he shared on Twitter, Sidhu said: "My 17 years of political journey has a purpose, to make a difference and to take a stand in politics". "This is my duty. I am not fighting any personal battle. My battle is for people, and I stand by it,"he said.
