Jammu, Aug 9 : The Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board on Monday inaugurated Radio Frequency Identification Device (RFID) verification facility kiosk at Katra base camp in Reasi district of Jammu and Kashmir. The Shrine Board spokesman said that for improving services for the pilgrims visiting the Vaishno Devi Shrine, Chief Executive Officer, Ramesh Kumar, inaugurated Verification Kiosk integrated with Radio Frequency Identification Device (RFID) based tracking to ensure that no illegal/unauthorised mule/ Pithus and Palkis walas operates on the track leading to the shrine.

Jammu, Jul 21 : With an aim to facilitate pilgrims on 13-kilometre long track with Live Arti, weather forecast and other advisories, Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board is coming up with six Video Walls from Katra to Sanjichhat in Reasi district of Jammu and Kashmir. The Shrine Board Spokesman here said that Chief Executive Officer, Shrine Board Ramesh Kumar on Wednesday while chairing the meeting of key officials of the executing agency, reviewed the progress of ongoing project of installation of six hi-tech Multipurpose Video Walls at the prominent locations on the track.
