New Delhi, May 4 (UNI) The Delhi High Court on Tuesday adjourned the hearing on a plea seeking to halt all construction activities of the Central Vista project in view of the alarming second Covid wave to May 17. The petitioner, in his plea, urged to protect the life of the workers and those involved in the project terming the construction work as a 'potential super spreader.'

New Delhi, May 3 (UNI) The Delhi High Court Monday asked the Centre to apprise it of action taken on AAP leader and Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia's request to Defence Minister Rajnath Singh seeking armed forced help to set up Covid hospitals and supply of oxygen. A bench of Justices Vipin Sanghi and Rekha Palli, 'We direct the Centre to report instructions on the communication by Delhi Deputy Chief Minister to the Defence Minister.'
