Colombia’s COVID-19 caseload climbs to 633,339, with 20,348 deaths

Bogota, Sept. 3 (Xinhua) — Colombia’s Ministry of Health said on Wednesday that 633,339 total cases have been reported in the country, and 20,348 people have died from the disease.

In the previous 24 hours, 9,270 new cases were confirmed, including 3,023 in Colombia’s capital Bogota, and 296 patients died from the disease.

Bogota’s City Hall said some 800 restaurants were set to reopen on Thursday to offer exclusively open-air service amid social distancing measures.
