Wipro Infrastructure Engineering’s Industrial Automation Business to acquire Pune based PARI

Bengaluru, Dec 10 (UNI) Wipro Infrastructure Engineering’s Industrial Automation Business has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Pune based Precision Automation and Robotics India (PARI), India’s largest Industrial Automation Company.
Founded in 1990, PARI is a leading player in Industrial Automation in the country with significant overseas presence. The Company has deployed over 1,500 automated systems worldwide across more than 75 global customers, according to a release here on Thursday.
Wipro Infrastructure Engineering CEO Pratik Kumar said, “We ventured into the Industrial Automation business with the vision to be among the leading players globally. PARI Managing Director Mangesh Kale, commenting on the deal, said, ” Wipro’s four decades of deep engineering expertise enhances our capabilities significantly.
