Sriharikota, Dec 17 (UNI) India’s workhorse launch vehicle
PSLV-C50 carrying the communication satellite CMS-01
lifted off from SHAR Range here at 1541 hrs.
After a 25-hour countdown, during which propellant filling
operations were carried out in the 44.4 m tall four-stage
launch vehicle, PSLV-C50 majestically took off from the
Second Launch Pad, belching orange fumes and with a
rumble that shook the earth.
