Telangana CM decides to launch Dharnai Portal on Dussera

Hyderabad, Sep 26 (UNI) Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao has decided to launch Dharani Portal on the forthcoming Dussera. Since people regard Vijayadasami day as an auspicious day to start new programmes and activities, the Chief Minister would launch the Dharani Portal on the festival day, an official statement here said on Saturday.

The Chief Minister has instructed the officials concerned to complete all the works related to the Dharani Portal by Vijayadasami day. He wanted the officials to keep the software, hardware and bandwidth of the Dharani portal ready before the launch.

The Chief Minister also announced that the Tahsildars, Deputy Tahsildars, Sub Registrars would be given the required training on the changed registration procedure, completing the mutations quickly and updating all the details online on Dharani portal.

He said demo trails would be conducted to give hands on training and create awareness among the officials. The CM instructed the officials to appoint one Computer Operator in every Mandal and at every Sub registrar office.

The Chief Minister also announced that all over the state, registration rates would be fixed Survey Number-wise and the registrations would be done as per the fixed rates. He said Document writers of the Sub Registrar office would be trained and licenses would be given to them. He asked the officials to enter data on all properties on the Dharani portal before Dussera.

Later, he further said the changes and alterations would be done regularly. Since Dharani Portal is going to be launched on Dussera, registrations would also begin on the same day.

Prior to this, no registration or any other related revenue activities would be allowed, the Chief Minister clarified.
