New Delhi, Oct 30(UNI) The title of the Akshay Kumar starrer ‘ Laxmmi Bomb’ has now been changed to ‘Laxmii’, trade sources said on Friday.
The trade sources said that the word ‘Bomb’ has been dropped from the title of the film after some sections of the public raised objections to it.
While the word ‘Bomb’ has been dropped from the title, the spelling of the proper noun has also been changed. The makers of the film agreed to drop the ‘Bomb’ word from the title in keeping with the sentiments of some people who had raised an objection to the title.
The spelling of the first word was also altered.
Directed by Raghava Lawrence for producers Akshay Kumar, Shabinaa Khan and Tusshar Kapoor, the film stars Akshay Kumar and Kiara Advani.
