Moga, Oct 1 (UNI) Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) on Thursday clarified that there was no ‘question of rethinking’ on alliance with the Bharatiya Janta Party (BJP).
Senior SAD leader and spokesperson Dr. Daljeet Singh Cheema after a meeting with party workers, claimed that there was absolutely no differences in opinion over breaking the alliance with the BJP in the party as SAD was a party of farmers.
Dr. Cheema said that it had to voted against the Agri Bills in the Parliament, adding that the party has it’s own ideology.
On the question of SAD president Sukhbir Sing Badal’s move to form a front of all the regional parties opposed to farm bills, Dr. Cheema said that Mr. Badal was in touch with the leaders of regional parties.
