New Delhi, Sep 23 (UNI) Pointing finger at Dassault Aviation, makers of Rafale fighter jets 36 of which India has contracted to purchase, the Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG) has come down heavily on foreign vendors who fail to fulfill offset commitments in defence sector.
