Thiruvananthapuram, Nov 9 : Kerala Industries Minister P Rajeev on Tuesday condemned the Union External Affairs Ministry's decision to deny travel permission for two IAS officials to visit the 'World Expo' in Dubai. "The External Affairs Ministry denied permission to Industries Principal Secretary Dr K Ilankovan and Industries Director S Harikishore. The officials were planning to visit Dubai from November 10 to 12 to make preliminary arrangements for setting up a 'Kerala Pavilion' at the Expo. The Centre's decision is inappropriate," the Minister said.
