New Delhi, Nov 26 (UNI) Senior journalist and Kadambini magazine’s erstwhile editor Rajiv Katara passed away here due to coronavirus. He was 60. He was admitted to a private hospital on November 21 after being tested positive for novel coronavirus. He breathed his last early Thursday morning.
The veteran journalist is survived by his wife and a son.
Katra, who was from Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh, did his MA and MPhil in Hindi from Delhi University (DU). He had been part of The Sunday Observer, Jagran and Hindustan Times Group.
His last rites will be performed on Thursday afternoon at Nigambodh Ghat.
