Srinagar, Feb 18 (UNI) Jammu and Kashmir police arrested two drug peddlers and recovered heroin in the down town Srinagar, a police spokesman said.
He said during a naka checking at Nowhatta in the down town, Srinagar, police party intercepted a car.
However, during the search police recovered 24 grams of white colour power heroin, he said adding two persons travelling in the car identified as Abar Altaf Misgar and Saqib Latief Daga were arrested.
In this regard Case FIR No. 06/2021 U/S 8/21 NDPS Act stands registered in Police Station Nowhatta against the accused persons and investigation is going on
